I just signed up for this. I am looking forward to starting my challenge. I think of this as P90X for the bike. It is the fastest way I know of to train on minimal time with maximum effect.

I just ordered mine today (11-26-2012),..3 sets,..the Cyclo90, the HIT30 and one other that the name slips my mind at the moment. Graeme had a deal going on where the 3rd one was tossed in for free if you bought the packaged deal. Also today I ordered a Kurt-Kenetic Road Machine along with the Computer/Power Meter assesory. Now the big question,...will it all fit in the spare bedroom??
